Test for 4th, 5th, & 7th Periods: Monday, Oct. 27, 2008

The following information will be covered on the test:

Referring to page 10, you will be asked to answer questions regarding the two of the following Healing Miracles -
1. The healing of the leper
2. The healing of the hemorrhaging woman
3. The healing of the blind man (Mark 10:46)

Referring to page 10, you will be asked to answer questions regarding the the following exorcisms -
1. The man in the synagogue in Capernaum


Referring to page 10, you will be asked to answer questions regarding the one of the following nature miracles -
1. Calming of the storm
2. Feeding of over 4,000+ people (Mark 8:1)

You will also be responsible for the following chapters in Mark, specifically, the points outlined in class: Mark 14 & Mark 15

You will be responsible for the shorter version of Mark 16.

- Know how Mark defines Jesus (in relation to John's Gospel)
- Know how Mark identifies and defines the Messiah
- Know the Paschal Mystery
- Know the outline of Jesus' final hours (pg. 14 of notes):

2. Woman anoints Jesus at Bethany (14:3-9)
3. Judas’ Betrayal (14:10-11)
4. Preparations for Passover Supper (14:12-16)
5. Last Supper (14:17-25)

8. Jesus and Pilate (15:1-20)
9. Crucifixion (15:21-47)

You do not need to know the chapters and verses, but you do need to know the CORRECT order of the events.

- Know what happens at the Last Supper (Mark 14)
